Introduction
1. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations owned and/or operated by Crack Platoon Charging Solution Ltd. (“Crack Platoon”) and your use of the ChargeEasy app. By using a Crack Platoon EV Charging Station or the ChargeEasy app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Use of the EV Charging Stations
2. Crack Platoon provides EV Charging Stations for use by you to charge your EV. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access to any or all Charging Stations at any time, including for any breach of these terms and conditions.
3. Crack Platoon does not guarantee the compatibility, performance, or uninterrupted availability of its EV Charging Stations or electricity supply.
4. All Crack Platoon EV Charging Stations comply with applicable statutory and industry safety standards.
5. For faults, errors, or defects, or if you encounter any issues, you can:

Use of the ChargeEasy App
6. To use a Crack Platoon EV Charging Station, you must register as a user on the ChargeEasy app.
7. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information in the ChargeEasy app and update it as necessary.
8. You are responsible for keeping your password secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
9. Data provided in the ChargeEasy app is for personal, non-commercial use. You must not assign, sell, or transfer the data without Crack Platoon’s written agreement.
10. Crack Platoon does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the ChargeEasy app.
Price and Payment
11. Charges for using Crack Platoon EV Charging Stations are displayed in the ChargeEasy app. Prices and fees are subject to change.
12. Crack Platoon does not provide warranties for prices or services provided by third-party operators of EV Charging Stations.
13. Payments are due via credit or debit card at the time of use. By registering a card with the ChargeEasy app, you:
– Warrant the accuracy and authorization of the payment method details.
– Authorize Crack Platoon to charge applicable fees.
– Agree not to reverse or interfere with these charges.
14. You can update your payment method in the ChargeEasy app at any time.
15. Payments are processed through a secure third-party platform. Crack Platoon is not responsible for the time it takes your bank to release pre-authorization holds.
Your Obligations
16. When using Crack Platoon EV Charging Stations, you agree to:
– Comply with all applicable signage and time limits.
– Exercise reasonable care for your health and safety and that of others.
– Follow instructions provided at the Charging Station and in the ChargeEasy app.
17. You warrant that:
– Your EV is roadworthy and registered.
– You have read and understood the Charging Station instructions.
– Your EV poses no danger to others or the Charging Station.
18. You use Crack Platoon EV Charging Stations at your own risk.
19. Crack Platoon may suspend or terminate access to Charging Stations, the ChargeEasy app, or data for misuse, false information, or reversed payments.
Privacy
20. By using the ChargeEasy app and Charging Stations, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Crack Platoon for business operations, including direct marketing.
21. Crack Platoon may share your information with third-party service providers or Charging Station owners for operational purposes, ensuring they protect your data’s security and confidentiality.
22. You have the right to access and request corrections to your personal information under applicable privacy laws.
23. Statistical data collected from the ChargeEasy app and Charging Stations will remain anonymous.
Liability
24. Crack Platoon provides its EV Charging Stations and the ChargeEasy app “As Is” and at your own risk.
25. Crack Platoon is not liable for:
– Inaccessibility or incompatibility of Charging Stations.
– Power interruptions or surges.
– Errors or delays in data provision.
– User error or inability to use the Charging Stations or app.
26. Crack Platoon’s liability is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or willful breach. Maximum liability for any single event is 10,000 BDT.
27. You agree to indemnify Crack Platoon for any damages or costs resulting from your misuse of a Charging Station or breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
28. Crack Platoon retains all intellectual property rights related to the Charging Stations, the ChargeEasy app, and associated data.
29. Data generated through your use of the Charging Stations or app is owned by Crack Platoon. Personal data will be managed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
30. Crack Platoon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Each use of a Charging Station constitutes acceptance of the latest terms, as published in the ChargeEasy app and on our website.
General
31. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
32. For users of the ChargeEasy app on Apple devices, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and Crack Platoon, not Apple Inc. Apple Inc. has no responsibility for the app’s maintenance or support.
Definitions:
EV: A motor vehicle that is a battery electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
ChargeEasy app: Crack Platoon’s mobile application for managing EV charging.
Crack Platoon: Crack Platoon Charging Solution Ltd.
Data: Information related to your use of the Charging Stations and ChargeEasy app.
